Refund policy

Return / Refund / Shipping Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange/refund.

Also, please make sure to view the "Size Guide" on each product page. Keep in mind some "Size Guide" may show an image at the bottom of product's page. While others may have a "Size Guide Link" in the upper area of product's pages.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Therefore, we do not refund/exchange for incorrect size/buyer's remorse (For issues like choosing the wrong size, wrong color or a customer changing their mind after order has been filled or shipped out).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting Support@OrderCraig.com and hearing back from us.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or for reasons not due to our error is none returnable / none exchangeable. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, is none refundable and none exchangeable.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Also, due to Covid (Coronavirus) / Holiday season / new Tariffs... refunds / exchanges / shipping may take a little longer then normal. We appreciate your patients and support during these unfortunate  times.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@OrderCraig.com

Sale items (if applicable): 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (do to our error). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to Support@OrderCraig.com

Replacement Request Instructions:
If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace any items that we missed the mark on.

Please follow these instructions for an exchange:

1. Take a photo of the problem - If the problem is print size, please use a ruler.
2. Send an email with the subject line "Order # (Your Order Number) Replacement Request" to Support@OrderCraig.com
3. Please include the following:

• The photo(s)
• A specific description of the issue
• The Order Number
• If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue

Our support team will respond back as quickly as possible.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Additional non-returnable / non-refundable items, e.g. (for example): 

Any wrong items chosen by customer (sizes, and so on) all sells are final.
Gift cards (non-refundable)...


Order Change / Cancellation Policy

So, you need to cancel or update an order. What happens? If you need to cancel and order, one of three things may happen:

Before Processing

If you are able to cancel your order before it begins processing, we can cancel the order free of charge.

While Processing

If you cancel the order, or wish to update / change the order after it begins processing, we have to charge a 30% restocking fee.

After Printing/Shipping

If you attempt to cancel the order after it has already been printed/shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. However, if it has not shipped we can update the address to ship the order elsewhere. No order refund, because of shipping (delayed delivery time beyond our control, etc.), if customer agrees to shipping time frame. CRAIG is not responsible for any package / packages stolen that has already been delivered to requested location.

Shipping time:

  • Overnight: next day delivery in the US
  • Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada
  • Standard: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
  • Due to Covid  / Coronavirus or holidays and now new issued Tariffs shipping may take a little longer then normal. We appreciate your patients and support during these times.

 Note: In some cases, products from the same order can also be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they'll be shipped separately. Also, due to Covid, holiday season and new Tariffs orders may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patients.

To return your product/products, if you have not already, then you should first read the  "Replacement Request" section instructions above. If you have read the "replacement request" sections above, note...

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Also, as stated in above paragraph, due to Covid / Coronavirus/ Holiday season and new Tariffs... refunds / exchanges / shipping may take a little longer then normal. We, appreciate your patients and support. And, we hope that you and your loved ones remain safe.
